5 Points:


  • Submitting a clip of your daily off-ice workout

  • Submitting a screenshot of you in a Sharp4Sports class

  • Submitting a winning clip of your physical challenge


3 Points:


  • Winning a contest

  • Submitting a clip of your physical challenge

  • Correctly answering trivia


2+ Points:


  • Showing your work on trivia or games


1 Point:

  • Submitting an entry into a contest

  • Submitting an entry into a challenge

  • Submitting an answer for trivia

  • Submitting an answer for a game

  • Set your timer for 1 MINUTE

  • Find a HARDCOVER BOOK to balance on your head

  • Start SUMO SQUATS see video for FORM STANDARD

  • If the book FALLS OFF reset and continue

  • If your hands touch START AGAIN

  • Most repetitions in 1 minute WINS!


PARENT PHYSICAL CHALLENGE: Squats! (Monday thru Friday)

  • See above for FORM STANDARD

  • Set your timer for 60 seconds

  • Most repetitions WINS!

  • You get 5 POINTS for submitting EACH parent on the day you send in! (2 per skater)

  • Winning parent's skater gets an additional 5 POINTS added to their total at the end of the week!

  • No BOOK required!
