Since my nephew Callahan took his first steps yesterday we are: Steppin to the Weekend!


HOW IT WORKS:

I'll be keeping track at home and updating you all on yesterday's scoreboard!


You can earn points in a few ways:

5 Points:

  • Submitting a clip of your daily off-ice workout

  • Submitting a winning clip of your physical challenge

3 Points:

  • Winning a contest

  • Submitting a clip of your physical challenge

  • Correctly answering trivia

  • Closest answers on a game

2 Points:

  • Showing your work on a game

1 Point:

  • Submitting an entry into a contest

  • Submitting an answer for trivia

  • Submitting an answer to a game


DAILY WORKOUT:

Step It Up: If you don't have a step you can submit a clip of any workout you did today!


CONTESTS:

TODAYS PHYSICAL CHALLENGE: Step Up! HIGH KNEES!

  • Set your timer for 45 seconds

  • MAXIMUM repetitions

  • FORM STANDARD: Kicking Knee must go up over your hip. (see video)
