Drew Meekins: Drew and I skated together under Alexander Vlassov. Vlassov's daughter Julia was Drew's partner when they won the 2006 Junior World Championships. I had helped Alex's wife Laura Amelina choreograph Julia's singles programs which she had won the Juvenile and Intermediate National title back to back... It was to Evanescence's "Wake Me Up" and it was the only pair program I'm done start to finish.
NOTE: Drew now teaches at the Broadmoor in Colorado Springs.
