YESTERDAY'S HOMEWORK: Thank You Video!

I'd like you to take 10-30 seconds out of your day today to say THANK YOU in a video to the essential workers (medical, police, military, public transit, grocery supply chain etc.) I'll compile the videos into a joint "thank you" from all of us at the Staycation Challenge then post it and get it out to as many places as possible.

HOW IT WORKS:

I'll be keeping track at home and updating you all on yesterday's scoreboard!


You can earn points in a few ways:

5 Points:

  • Submitting a clip of your daily off-ice workout

  • Submitting a winning clip of your physical challenge

3 Points:

  • Winning a contest

  • Submitting a clip of your physical challenge

  • Correctly answering trivia

3 Points:

  • Showing your work on trivia or a game

1 Point:

  • Submitting an entry into a contest

  • Submitting an entry into a challenge

  • Submitting an answer for trivia


DAILY WORKOUT:

LEGS DAY: Just 20 minutes !

CONTESTS:

TODAYS PHYSICAL CHALLENGE: Rolling Squats!

  • Set your timer for 60 SECONDS!

  • MAXIMUM repetitions

  • See the video below for your FORM STANDARD

  • You MUST come all the way UP out of knees on every squat!

  • Remember you get 3 POINTS just for submitting!
