DAILY WORKOUT: It's raining here so I'm making this one in doors!


Dynamic Warm Up:

  • Jumping Jack intervals - 45sec on, 15 sec off, 5 times

  • Bell Jumps - 5 sets of 10

  • 3/5/10's - 3 2-foot jumps getting bigger each time, then 5, then 10, 5 times

  • High Knees - in place for 1 min

Dynamic Stretching: Make sure your body is WARM!

  • Alternating High Kicks in place - 20

  • Pull up your knee straight in place - 20

  • Pull up turned out in place - 20

  • Penguin Walk on your heels in place, 20sec

  • Ballerina Walk on your toes, arms up, 20sec
